We always use VRM transport whenever we are visiting the Philippines. The owner is very easy to deal with. He makes sure that we get the right vehicle and driver. He is always on top of our schedules and makes sure to inform us of our vehicle and driver information the day before our trips. All his drivers are very polite and responsible, needless to say, they are all very professional. All the vans that we used were very clean and comfortable. Their rates are reasonable. I highly recommend their services. We will definitely contact them the next time we go back to the Philippines.

When they quote a price it would already include EVERYTHING, there are no surprise charges or sudden in/exclusions for which you would have to pay extra (aside of course for overtime which is also clearly defined and explained). I have been getting their service since 2022 and I always come back to them because of this. Aside from this is that their drivers are very reliable and professional. I would have to commend them for this because you do feel the premium service, admittedly I neglected to give a tip to their drivers multiple times because of how seamless the experience was and that the fee actually already includes the service fee/wage (haha). Fast forward to my recent bookings, I now make sure to prepare extra cash to directly give to the drivers for their warm and exceptional service! Their car lineup is luxurious! I make it a point to select my preferred cars and am always impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of their vehicles. There was a time when my preferred SUV was NOT available and I was instead assigned a LARGER ‘artista’ van which I never forgot and booked on my next trip! So, for anyone looking for a seamless transaction, reliability, premium cars, and luxury service VRM is for you!
